Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin & Accounts Executive with 1–3 years of experience in accounting, administration, and day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Tally, basic accounting principles, and good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Responsibilities
- Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Monitor bank transactions and prepare bank reconciliation statements
- Maintain ledgers and ensure accuracy in financial records
- Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance documentation
- Support month-end closing activities and MIS reports
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required data
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage office administration tasks and vendor coordination
- Handle employee attendance and leave records
- Manage travel bookings and meeting schedules
- Assist in procurement, asset tracking, and invoice management
- Maintain physical and digital records
- Support management in events and office activities
Required Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting concepts
- Good communication skills (English preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail with analytical skills
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent degree
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in accounts & admin roles
Additional Preferences
- Experience in IT / consulting environment (preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
