AMO covers the ongoing maintenance, management, conversion, enhancement, and support of an application owned by our customers.
AMO activities includes the below
- Executing customer defined tasks in their infrastructure like Monitoring Applications and servers.
- Servers’ management includes patching, performance monitoring, updating OS and applications.
- Monthly, weekly log data collection and processing.
- Monitoring cloud environment and servers. In which all the required security updates and data manipulations were done.
- Collecting statistical information of resource from the customer and hosting in the respective servers.
- The hosted cloud servers are monitored continuously using tools and applications provided by the customer.
